Chuck Valente brings 20 years of physical fitness training and
nutrition experience to his clients every day. He has penned
numerous articles for fitness magazines, has many appearances as a fitness model, is often asked to be a guest speaker at health-related functions, and has also been featured on several television broadcasts. Chuck holds certification in Personal Fitness Training by the National Gym Association (N.G.A.) and holds a Personal Training Certification and Sports Nutritionist Certification with the American Muscle and Fitness Organization. Chuck has been a cornerstone of the health community in Rochester for almost two decades as the owner of Maximum Fitness and is proud to offer the exclusive Diet Doc Weight-Loss Program to help guide clients to their health, fitness, and weight-loss goals. In his own pursuits, Chuck is the holder of 12 bodybuilding titles including the prestigious U.S.A. Championships and is one of the top professional natural bodybuilders in the nation.

The Diet Doc - Joe Klemczewski, PhD Dr. Klemczewski has multiple degrees in health sciences, including a PhD in Health Education. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist and a drug-free professional
bodybuilder (WNBF).

   Dr. Joe is currently working on his fourth
book while maintaining a very active client load. For the last eight years he has been a contributing science editor for Chelo Publishing in New York and is a contributor for eDiets.
